That's right we're back open and so excited to see all of our wonderful clients again. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any walk-in appointments and are pre-bookable only, for the time being.
Since we got the 'go ahead from the Government we have made sure our salon is super safe for you all.
Wendy, our therapist, has completed numerous Covid Secure health and safety courses, with relevant risk assessments completed. We have installed/set up numerous sanitising stations throughout the Salon. Before and after each client a strict cleaning routine is carried out. We have also purchased and will be wearing the relevant PPE.
To help us and you we ask you do a few things before, during and after your appointment:
Before:
• When you book you will receive the updated Fresh Face Beauty Privacy Policy, please read and sign this document (Please bring the completed document to your appointment, or email it to us before your appointment)
• You will also receive the pre-appointment screening check, please complete (Please bring the completed document to your appointment, or email it to us before your appointment)
• Arrive to your appointment on time and alone*
Upon arrival & during:
• Please sanitise your hands (sanitising stations are available at the reception door and the reception desk)
• Please wear a face covering, we will be wearing face covering to keep you safe too (we can provide disposable face coverings if you do not have one)
• Unfortunately, we will not be able to serve any refreshments during this time
After:
• Please pay by card or bank transfer if you can
• If you are paying by cash, please make sure it is in a sealed envelope
• Sanitise on leaving the Salon, using the sanitising stations provided

 We will NOT accept any walk-in appointments, you must pre-book
 DO NOT attend if you have symptoms of Covid-19
